Project Management 101

For every problem there are solutions, when you ask for them.

"When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on." – Franklin Delano Roosevelt

The universe is full of infinite resources, and an endless field of possibilities.

If you believe this, then the universe will present itself with all possibilities for a possbile resolution to an issue or risk on a project.

When faced with a problem, remain calm, gather the team, brainstorm and document the solution(s). Look for short term solution to ease the current "pain". Look for long term solutions that will avert the crisis in future.

Escalate the issue to senior management/project board when necessary, and present your resolution, however always keep them in the loop. Implement and track progress and monitor for possible recurrence. Run to issues/risks and never take them lightly.
